Reinstatement Team Leader

Derby, City of Derby, England, United Kingdom View on Map As a Reinstatement Team Leader, you will be responsible for a small team working on a variety of task across our contracts. Previous experience with tarmac is a must, Modular & Rigid surfaces work would be an advantage. We are looking for individual who take pride in their work to get it right first time to the highest standard of quality.Your tasks will be undertaken on public highways, building sites and private residential land, and must be undertaken in a safe and responsible manner. you will be working to meet the needs of the client in the most cost-effective manner. You will provide technical expertise, experience and work within a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.You will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work right first time.You will work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are managed and delivered accordingly. You will provide support to ensure that the company’s work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers, as well as the management of the business and client database systems.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone to:Have previous experience of Reinstatement for UtilitiesUnderstand site safety and site set ups with the public and team members welfare being essentialUse Modular+ (smartphone system) & Client Computer system to deliver all feedback for commercial and reinstatement feedbackLiaise with the Support Services and Street works Team to ensure that FPN and Section74 liabilities are managed and focus on a right first-time attitude Understanding and complying with regulations including NRSWAMaintain a customer focusHave good timekeeping and good housekeeping with tools and equipmentQualifications and Experience A good understanding and experience of the Utility industryA full and clean driving license, Must have a 7.5t LicenceA good Awareness of health and safetyComputer literate and familiar with basic software packages.Physically demanding role and will involve working outdoors in all weather conditionsNetwork Plus at a GlanceWe are an award-winning utility and infrastructure business with more than 20 years’ experience, operating from 80+ depots across the UK.We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.Network Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
