This is a growing Regulatory team with a developing presence in Leeds. The team works collaboratively across its national network in London, Manchester and Birmingham and is looking to develop its capacity in Yorkshire. We are keen to speak with Solicitors or qualified Legal Executives who are looking for a new challenge and are looking to be part of a growing offering in the Leeds market.

Previous experience:
Broad range of candidates considered. Candidates may have a background in criminal law, or may have a strong background in HSE regulatory work.
Leading UK regulatory offering
The team consists of around 15 lawyers advising on some of the most complex and intricate cases in the UK. Work comes from a range of insurer-backed and corporate clients including large national and international companies as well as listed PLCs across various sectors. The team deals with all manner of cases arising from regulatory breaches relating to food, fire and environmental incidents as well as other areas such as motor crime.
Typical cases include:
corporate manslaughter;
health and safety prosecutions;
healthcare regulatory work;
motor crime such as dangerous driving and driving under the influence;
environmental crime;
representations before the Coroners Court.
You will be involved at all stages of a given case: from progressing cases from their early investigative stages, through to the enforcement process, and ultimately bringing the cases before the criminal courts.
