Regulatory Solicitor1-4 PQESurrey£50,000-£65,000Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm, renowned for its leading regulatory work. They are currently offering a highly interesting position; to work closely with senior individuals on a range of regulatory work. You will be taking instructions, drafting witness statements, advising on evidence and defence, instructing counsel and conducting your own advocacy. You will ideally have had training or experience in regulatory matters and/or litigation and be keen to develop your skillset in this very interesting practice area. Work will encompass all aspects of a legal counsel position including compliance, analysis, GDPR and data protection as well as SRA matters and regulatory returns and responses, ensuring best practice and providing expertise.
