Our client are seeking a detail oriented regulatory compliance specialist to join they team on a hybrid basis in West Yorkshire. If you are seeking a role with a company you can grow and progress whilst gaining a flexibility in your work/life split, this could be the role for you.Key responsibilities:with the Head of Compliance to ensure that the firm meets its regulatory obligations as set out in the DPB handbookamendments to legislation and regulations (DPB and FCA) that may impact the firm, work with stakeholders to agree actions and coordinate updates to the firm’s compliance manual as required.the firm’s application for FCA authorisationthe process for approving new authorised advisors and reviewing existing authorised advisors, under the DPB regimecompletion of the firm’s annual DPB return and gather feedback before submitting to the DPB Board at the IFoAAbout you:in regulatory compliance (pension or IFA experience preferred)individual who can demonstrate strong organisational skillsto maintain clear communications
