Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a skilled Regulatory and Compliance Manager to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
and execute regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with global regulations governing beauty and personal care products.
thorough regulatory assessments on new formulations, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
up to date with emerging regulatory trends and changes in the beauty industry, communicating implications to relevant stakeholders and adjusting strategies accordingly.
and submit regulatory filings and notifications to regulatory authorities, including ingredient disclosures, product registrations, and safety assessments.
closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to integrate regulatory requirements into product development processes and timelines.
as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries from internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities. Conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and develop corrective action plans as needed.
regulatory guidance and support for labeling, advertising, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in regulatory affairs and compliance within the beauty industry is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of global regulations and standards governing beauty and personal care products.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills to articulate regulatory concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and industry associations is preferred.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in regulatory affairs and compliance
