Summary:We are looking for a Regulatory Assurance Advisor to join us at the Regulator of Social Housing. In this collaborative role, you will work flexibly with colleagues in both your team and across the organisation to support and deliver robust regulatory assurance and quality assurance processes, as well as helping to develop and implement new approaches, and to contribute to a range of strategic projects focused on specific objectives.Job Description:You will develop and maintain the framework we use to analyse evidence and intelligence about what is happening in the social housing sector. This includes reviewing how the framework is working in practice to make sure our approach to regulation is consistent and evidence based. You will also manage key activities that quality assure our work and coordinate the publication of high quality and timely regulatory judgements.This is a critical role in ensuring that the RSH has appropriate regulatory assurance to fulfil its statutory objectives.Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and will be self-motivated and confident working independently. You will be a problem solver, able to work accurately and to agreement timescales. .LocationWe operate a hybrid model of working with a mix of office and home working.This role can be based out of any of RSH’s core offices in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol. We offer a range of flexible working arrangements and staff can benefit from working from home for part of their hours. Most roles involve some travel within England between our offices, with some roles also involving onsite visits to social housing providers.InterviewsInterviews are expected to take place on Tuesday 27 th
and Wednesday 28 th

.The salary for this role is a spot salary within the given range, which will normally be the minimum of the range. There is no incremental progression through a pay scale. Annual salary reviews are determined by the government pay award.
