Job Description
MERJE are partnered with a leading trading business who are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join their fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake detailed impact assessments for key upcoming regulations
Conduct Horizon scanning keeping the business informed of the regulatory landscape
Support the business in its understanding of MiFID II, MAR, EMIR and REMIT
Implement regulatory change
Take an active role in training for different business areas on regulatory obligations
Key Requirements:
Strong regulatory knowledge within Asset Management, Commodities trading or Banking
Experience implementing regulatory changes
Ability to keep abreast of any regulatory changes in a fast moving environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
