Regular personal assistant/ support work for high functioning adult with disabilities

Self employed disability personal assistant. Part time role regular hours (10 hour shifts per week) to support a highly independent autistic woman (with fluctuating mental health but which is pretty well sorted most of the time these days :D) who is completing their PhD.

Rates of pay £12 to £15 per hours dependent upon experience. All pay must be made officially, with timesheets, invoices and bank transfers.

Organising and planning, daily household tasks, cooking and meal preparation, errands, shopping and cleaning, childcare and trips out, support with therapy and monitoring mental health, supporting and accompaniment of work trips, help manage sensory needs and daily structure and routine, - no personal care or intimate work.

Understanding or willingness to learn about autism beyond a medical diagnosis

Full DBS check for adults and children / or happy to undertake one.

Good level of fitness and flexibility
