Caerphilly Vets4Pets are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly team on a part time basis working 20 to 30 hours on a rota basis. There is no out of hours, weekend rota will be 1 in 3 and general nursing duties including anaesthesia/laboratory/radiography/patient care and nurse clinics.

Our team consisting of 2 Vets, 3 RVNs and 1 VCA to help provide high standards of patient and client care. We also have a fantastic non clinical team on hand to support. The practice is conveniently located less than 10 miles from Cardiff, the vibrant capital of Wales! The surgery is locally owned and run by Veterinary Partner, Dr Maciej Juszczyk. Maciej has taken the practice from strength to strength and is passionate about Orthopaedic surgery and has qualified in the General Practitioner Advanced Certificate (GPAdvCert) in Small Animal Orthopaedic Surgery, as well as investing in the specialist equipment required to really excel in this area. Vets4Pets Caerphilly also offer Stem Cells therapy protocol, which is fully performed within the surgery premises, providing regenerative medicine as well as state of the art equipment including; Multiwave locked therapeutic laser system, digital X ray and in house laboratory facilities and Multiparameter/blood pressure monitoring.

With all the specialist treatment they offer, they are expecting their large and loyal client base to increase, with more client referrals adding to their continued success of their practice. As a successful candidate, you will have good general veterinary nursing experience, excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
