Summary
Tide Partnership is thrilled to partner with a distinguished health and social care provider specialising in catering to individuals with learning difficulties/complex care needs. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead Huntley, an inclusive and vibrant home in Peterborough. This role presents and exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and empowering environment.
The Role
As the Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents. Your duties will include:
Providing strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.
Ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and support, tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents.
Managing the service budget effectively, in collaboration with the finance team, to optimise resources and achieve financial targets.
Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Implementing and monitoring care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
Job Criteria - Essential:
Previous experience in managerial role within the health and social care sector.
strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support services.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Job Criteria - Desirable:
Experience with budget management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the health and social care sector.
Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or related fields.
