Are you a seasoned and dedicated Registered Service Manager looking for an impactful opportunity in the South of Kent?�

This Residential home provides care to those with Learning Disabilities. �You will be supporting individuals with Autism, challenging behaviour and Phsychosis. They are looking for an energetic experience Registered Service Manager with a proactive mindset who is looking for a new challenge. You will need to have a good knowledge of CQC and experience working with those who have complex Learning Disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

-�� �Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards as a Registered Service Manager.

-�� �Lead and inspire our support staff, providing continual guidance, training, and support.

-�� �Craft and implement tailored care plans in alignment with individual needs, showcasing your prowess as a Registered Service Manager.

-�� �To support service users to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs are met.

-�� �To support the personal development of each service user, ensuring that they are treated as an individual with their own unique support needs.

-�� �Continuously evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for enhancement and executing necessary adjustments.

Skills and Experience:

-�� �Possession of a Registered Manager's Award or equivalent in health and social care. Level 4 NVQ preferred.

-�� �Demonstrated managerial proficiency within the social care sector, particularly in similar environments.

-�� �Worked in Learning Disability Care settings.�

-�� �RMA / NVQ 5 or equivalent desirable

-�� �Good understanding of CQC.

-�� �Exceptional leadership and communication skills, essential for motivating and engaging teams.

-�� �Thorough understanding of pertinent legislation, regulations, and best practices.

-�� �Strong organizational acumen coupled with adept problem-solving capabilities.
