25th March 2024 Hull£43,000 per annumRegistered Service ManagerAdult Residential Service – Acquired Brain Injuries£43,000Hull, East YorkshireOverviewCompass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading provider who specialise in providing high quality support to adults with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and associated complex needs, with a remit to recruit for a Registered Service Manager for their adult Residential Service based in Hull.The CandidateThe Registered Manager will oversee and manage the Residential service for adults with acquired brain injuries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Registered Manager position within a Residential services for adults with ABI and associated complex needs.As the Registered Manager you will have overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and continuous collaboration with the company's quality team. You will be overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Regional Manager, where together you will ensure the service users receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to brain/spinal injuries.
