The home specialises in nursing care and has a requirement to ensure excellence, transparency and quality care that is provided at all times.The CandidateThe successful candidate must have a strong management background in Nursing Homes or within a residential setting. They must have a good or above CQC report, with an exceptional quality of care, be innovative with a compassionate approach. The position requires a confident, motivated person who can help lead and develop the team ,building strong relationships with not only the residents, families and the provider as well as networking within the local community.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years management experienceExcellent Understanding of CQCRecommendationsCompass Associates Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultancy for this permanent vacancy; we offer £200 of John Lewis vouchers for each successful recommendation.
