Are you a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin looking for a fulfilling role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated team at a care home dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice for residents.

This role offers a competitive hourly up to £19.71, with paid breaks. You'll also be eligible for a generous £1,000 welcome bonus. You can choose from full-time or part-time hours, with shifts running from 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am.

As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include:

Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
Observing, administering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually
Being accountable for ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards

NMC annual pin payment (£120) reimbursedThe ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role should have:

A valid NMC pin and a genuine dedication to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct
Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia
Previous experience of working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and authentic relationships with residents and their families
