Are you a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin looking for a fulfilling role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated team at a care home dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice for residents.
This role offers a competitive hourly up to �19.71, with paid breaks. You'll also be eligible for a generous �1,000 welcome bonus. You can choose from full-time or part-time hours, with shifts running from 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am.

As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include:
  • Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
  • Observing, administering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans
  • Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually
  • Being accountable for ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards
  • Assisting with all CQC tasks

The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role should have:
  • A valid NMC pin and a genuine dedication to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct
  • Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia
  • Previous experience of working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and authentic relationships with residents and their families
  • A willingness to coach, guide and support the team
