As a Registered Nurse, you'll be:

Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and helping with all CQC tasks
Reviewing and evaluating individual care plans
Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans
Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they meet the relevant standards, policies, and legislation
