As a Registered Nurse, you'll be:

• Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Providing clinical guidance to the care team and helping with all CQC tasks
• Reviewing and evaluating individual care plans
• Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans
• Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they meet the relevant standards, policies, and legislation
