As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients
• Monitor patient health and record signs
• Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, conditions, and options
• Ensure that the care home complies with health and safety regulations

• Valid NMC pin as RGN or RMN
