You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis special care home provide the highest quality 24 hour personalised nursing care for older people, including the frail elderly and those living with dementia and its related conditions**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin**As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practiceContinuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents needsCoaching your team members and role modelling best practiceResponsible for the running of the Home in the absence of the Home ManagerThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Excellent communication and report writing skillsPrevious experience of leading a team is desirable but not essentialUnderstanding of regulatory frameworksA high level of self-motivation and a flexible approachA commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practiceThe successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £17.11 per hour DOE and the annual salary is up to £39,147.68 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
