Registered Nurse

We are seeking an an experienced Registered Nurse to join a modern care facility specialising in high quality resident care. You will be joining a dedicated and welcoming team based in Southport. This nursing role comes with a favourable salary of �21ph with paid breaks plus many excellent benefits including Free Uniform, NMC and DBS cost covered. This role is full time on either on days or nights! The salary is up to �52,000 based on 4 shifts per week.

• Be a role model and demonstrate person-centred care delivery
• Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standards
• Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults you are responsible for or come into contact with
• Manage the delivery of residents' personalised care according to their agreed care plan for the duration of a shift
• Promote professional standards within the home, supporting the Deputy and Home Manager
• Provide supervision, coaching and assessment to senior care assistants and care assistance
