Registered Nurse

A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join an expert team within a neurological centre as a Registered Nurse. The shift hours cover 3 long days - 7am - 7.15pm with an additional 9 hour shift to make a 37.5 hour week.

As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high standards of personalised nursing care for our residents. RNs lead the care team in providing the best possible quality care and support to service users and their carers/family
