We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a prestigious private hospital located in Lancaster. As a Registered Nurse (Ward), you will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients within the hospital ward setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients
• Monitoring patient vital signs and condition
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital ward setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
