Townsend Manor Care Home is looking to recruit a Staff Nurse on a permanent basis days for nightshift from 24 hours pw.

*ABOUT YOU:*
* You are RGN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
* You are have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
* You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
* You will work well within the team, leading, supporting and training junior staff members, acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice to ensure the delivery of exceptional Care and Support.
* You will have previous experience in motivating and leading a team.

Job Types: Day Nurse 40 Hour contract and Night Nurse 24 Hour Contract
