Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

*Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) – Full time or Part time considered - Up to £34,581 (DoE) – Hull*A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurse to join an evolving Assessment and Treatment in-patient unit in the Hull area.This is a permanent position, with part time and full-time hours considered. The successful applicant will join a team of skilled nurses and healthcare assistants in an award winning and CQC rated good health and social care Trust, with all NHS entitlements, including membership to the NHS pension scheme.*Role Responsibilities:*· Leading the shift / delegating tasks, day to day management of the ward· Managing a caseload· Completing Care Plans / Risk Assessments· Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Meeting· Delivering personal cares to patients· Administration of medication - oral and IM· Supporting patients to access leave· Dealing with potential and actual conflict situations which may include the use of trust approved DMI techniques· Undertaking basic physical observations (NEWS2) and supportive engagements of patients.· Undertaking supervision with Healthcare Assistants*Requirements:*· Registered Mental Health (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) with valid NMC registration· An understanding of relevant clinical practice/standards within an identified clinical area· A broad understanding of relevant policy drivers and their impact on clinical practice· Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with patients/colleagues/carers*Please contact Siobhan Dyson at Servisource Healthcare to apply on ##### or 074605584552. *#INDHCAUKJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: £28,407.00-£34,581.00 per yearExperience:* Nursing: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:* NMC (required)* Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In personReference ID: SDJ55
