An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to work in an esteemed private mental health hospital in Haslemere, Surrey GU27. RGN/RNLD/RMN Shift patterns (Apply online only), (Apply online only) Permanent position full time, 42 hours per week Basic rate £19, offers are based on experience and qualification so pay rates do vary Job outline: To deliver a high standard of evidence based inpatient nursing care in partnership with the wider clinical team, the service users and their family members/carers To act as a primary nurse in the assessment of needs and organising and delivery of care To co-ordinate shifts and provide supervision for support workers and nurses in training To work within a team of nurses and other professionals who are committed to the delivery of a quality service To adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period To take charge of a designated ward area and deputise for the ward manager/deputy ward manager as appropriate To be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilising appropriate assessments and evaluations To represent the ward manager and/or care team, at appropriate forums and disseminate information as required To represent the clinical team perspective at multidisciplinary meetings and clinical reviews of patient care Skills Required: NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience Previous experience in complex care (desirable) Driving Licence required due to the location of the hospital We do not currently offer any sponsorship opportunities for this role, if you are not a UK resident, you will need to be able to provide a valid right to work.
