Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN)

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to work in an esteemed private mental health hospital in Haslemere, Surrey GU27.• Permanent position full time, 42 hours per week• Basic rate £19, offers are based on experience and qualification so pay rates do varyJob outline:• To deliver a high standard of evidence based inpatient nursing care in partnership with the wider clinical team, the service users and their family members/carers• To act as a primary nurse in the assessment of needs and organising and delivery of care• To co-ordinate shifts and provide supervision for support workers and nurses in training• To work within a team of nurses and other professionals who are committed to the delivery of a quality service• To adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period• To take charge of a designated ward area and deputise for the ward manager/deputy ward manager as appropriate• To be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilising appropriate assessments and evaluations• To represent the ward manager and/or care team, at appropriate forums and disseminate information as required• To represent the clinical team perspective at multidisciplinary meetings and clinical reviews of patient careSkills Required:• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience• Previous experience in complex care (desirable)• Driving Licence required due to the location of the hospitalWe do not currently offer any sponsorship opportunities for this role, if you are not a UK resident, you will need to be able to provide a valid right to work.For more information, please call LKA Recruitment on Apply option 3 or email your CV to Apply This job was posted to
