Registered Nurse - OUTSTANDING Private Hospital

About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Registered Nurse to join a highly reputable private hospital in South Kent. The hospital is situated in a beautiful location near Cranbrook and is a bright and modern service. The hospital has an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work on the wards, joining their friendly and experienced team. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Registered Nurse  to join them. They are proud to have achieve an OUTSTANDING rating on their recent CQC report. The service provides expert care from consultations, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. The hospital covers a variety of surgical procedures ranging from General Surgery, ENT and Plastics.
 
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Registered Nurse and will be responsible for:


  • Planning and implementing outstanding patient care
  • Ensuring care areas are safe, effective and fit for purpose
  • Assist with the post-operative care of patients
  • Contribute to budgetary management and ward audits within the ward
  • Supervise junior members of the team

 Who we're looking for


  • Be NMC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Ideally at least 1 years UK experience working in a similar setting
  • Basic Phlebotomy
  • ILS training desirable
  • Strong communication skills

Person Specification: All applicants must have a valid NMC registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 1 years nursing experience in the UK. The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings. The exact pay rate will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
