About the hospital;
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Registered Nurse to join a highly reputable and dynamic private hospital based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse to join their friendly and expanding surgical ward team on a permanent basis. The hospital undertakes a range of procedures including orthopaedic, urological, cosmetic, spinal, gynaecological and general surgical procedures. The services has 4 theatres, 25 beds, a state- of- the- art endoscopy suite, oncology suite and dedicated clinics. The team are passionate about the high quality care they provide and looking for a like minded Registered Nurse to join the team.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working on a surgical ward as part of our nursing team and will be responsible for:

• Deliver excellent patient care to meet the needs of every patient
• Assessing patients health and well - being across a complex and changing caseload
• Actively promote best practice
• Contribute towards improvements
• Work well as a team

Who we're looking for

• Be NMC registered RGN - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• At least 1 years experience on a surgical ward in the UK
• Able to showcase excellent patients care
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and eager to learn
