• Location: Swansea
• Specialist Pay: £25.00 to £40.00 per hour (PAYE) plus HOLIDAY PAY £31.87 to £53.54 per hour (FCSA Accredited Umbrella)
• Shifts: Days, Nights and weekends

The role: What will you do as a Registered Nurse on Major Critical Care
We have ongoing, flexible shifts available with either full or part-time hours to suit your availability. You will be working with the team across all areas within the Major Critical Care Unit and be experienced with the required equipment such as that used to support ventilated patients. You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, providing a first class service and commitment to making a difference in the lives of these patients and their families.

Duties will include:

• Administering medication
• Reviewing and planning care for patients
• The implementation of care and treatment plans
• Liaising with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including liaising with families.

The candidate: What you'll need:

• You must be an RGN with at least 2 years UK experience within Critical Care settings
• Recognised post graduate Critical Care qualification
• Competence in delivering a high level of critical care
• Ability to analyse and put into practice evidence based practice
• Ability to exercise rational judgement when escalating issues
• You must hold a valid NMC PIN
• Up-to-date training certificates
• UK Resident
• You must have the right to work in UK
