Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and clinical needs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review care plans, ensuring holistic and effective care delivery.
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families, fostering trusting relationships.
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated clinical competence and proficiency in nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and contract hours as required.
- Competitive hourly rate of �20.50 per hour.
