*About the role:*
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you’ll provide exceptional care to our residents, taking care of their physical, psychological and social needs whilst making sure they receive the highest standard of care.
We’ll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental health needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to administering medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do.
*About you:*
You’ll already be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. It would be useful if you have some experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment, but this is not essential. We also believe in giving you a great career pathway and we are committed to supporting you on your journey.
Dalguise ASC is one of the only specialist care facilities of its kind in Scotland, providing a safe, secure and comfortable home for individuals with a range of challenging needs.
Based in rural Perthshire close to local amenities, our purpose-built facility is fast becoming recognised as a preferred facility in Scotland for people with learning disabilities, associated mental health issues, behaviours perceived as challenging and/or personality disorders, and previously failed community placements.
