Our client is a reputable private care provider looking to appoint a Registered Manager to support the Team Managers across Scarborough and Whitby, North Yorkshire This is a care provider with the very highest standards, reflected in glowing CQC reports across the organisation. Their properties are superbly appointed, staff retention is high and the care they provide and outcomes achieved are second-to-none.

We are interested in speaking to candidates with extensive experience of managing services for adults with learning disabilities and highly complex needs, with well-honed people leadership skills, and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders such as CQC and CCG’s, at all levels,

You will be operationally visible on a daily basis supporting your teams to deliver consistently high standards of quality care and support. You will also be a key member of the senior leadership team, supporting the passionate and ambitious owners to continue with their drive to be the go-to provider of support in the region.

You will hold Health and Social Care Level 5 and posses a full driving license as this is a multi-site role. You will also hold CQC registration for the region.
