Registered Manager

I am looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager who has solid experience as a Registered Manager of supported living services with adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions.
The Registered Manager will be overseeing a flagship service based in Seaham, County Durham.
We are looking for an influential, hands on and quality focused Registered Manager who can come in and work with the Senior Management team to make quick and effective changes.
TheRegisteredManager role is paying£40,000 per annum and is a full time permanent contract.
The successful candidate must have :
Previous Registered Manager experience within supported living services
Multisite management experience
Strong experience of CQC, staff management, stable managerial positions with solid CQC track record
Hands on management style who can motivate and positively lead a team
Commutable travel to Seaham
