Job Description
We're seeking a passionate Registered Manager to oversee our exceptional care services.
Position: Registered Manager Location: Bedford, UK
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents. Your leadership will drive a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence throughout our facility.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff members.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within the Care Home sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower others.
Can demonstrate strong CQC results
Ideally from a clinical background although this isn’t essential
Ideally have a ‘high end’ Care Home background
Can communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care provision.
A commitment to delivering person-centred care with empathy and integrity.
