Registered Manager.
This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company working in the field of children and young people with mental health, learning disabilities and autism.Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
Salary Scale:
£40,815.81 - Unqualified Manager (holds QCF 3/4)
£47,586.00 - Registered Manager (experienced and holds QCF 5)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Job Purpose:
To manage the residential house effectively and efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of Residential Manager. To participate in an on call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibility for ensuring and promoting the safeguarding of any young people that you may come into contact with.
Take overall responsibility for all staff, delegating effectively and appropriately.
Ensure staff teams are supported and supervised on a 24/7 basis which should include observation of practice across shifts.
