As a Registered Manager RMN, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a home within a Mental Health setting
Ensuring CQC compliance as a registered home manager
Supporting older people with complex physical and mental health needs
Dealing with challenging and disinhibited behaviour & Drug & Alcohol misuse

An NMC nursing pin
Home management experience within a Mental Health setting
A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered home manager
An NVQ in social care management
