My client is a local county council who have exciting expansion plans to open children's homes in the county. This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking council.I am looking for a Registered Manager to lead a brand new 4 bed children's home for young people aged 8-18 with EBD

The Registered Manager role is a permanent full time post paying
£50,470 - £55,125
per annum, public sector pension scheme, overtime in Lieu offering.
To be considered for the Registered Manager role, you must have:
Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home
QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
Positive personality who is child led in practice.
