We are currently working with a small but established provider of children's care to recruit a Registered Manager for their new therapeutic children's home based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, for children and young people with mental health needs.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Deputy Manager ready for their next step up or a Manager ready for a new challenge, to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development

To be successful in this role you must;

• Have experience of managing or as a deputy in a children's home


• Hold a level 5 diploma in children and young peoples residential care, or working towards


• Have experience of working with children and young people


• Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
