Registered Manager

Eden Brown Synergy has an exciting opportunity for an OFSTED Registered Manager to join a newly established Children's Residential Home, supporting ages 11- 17 with complex needs and behaviours in a therapeutic setting that offers on-site therapist support.

An excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to come into a brand new children's home, make this role your own and contribute towards the development of the ethos and culture of the home

This role would offer the Registered Manager a flexible work schedule for the right person on a standard 40 hours/7days week

Requirements:

• The Registered Manager would have about 2+ years' experience on a management level (residential care for children and young people),
• Knowledge of OFSTED compliance, children's safeguarding and relevant legislation
• The ideal individual would have obtained, or currently pursuing, a Level 5 NVQ qualification in Residential childcare or equivalence.
• Experience managing a team of Care Staff
• Experience implementing relevant care plans for children and young people
• Care Plans
• Able to participate in on-call system and sleep-in requirement in an emergency
• Experience supporting budgets
• Experience building external stakeholder relationships to secure a highest possible occupancy level.
