Job Description
Residential Recruitment are seeking a Registered Manager to lead and manage a new residential childrens home. There is a sister home round the corner for support with staffing or safeguarding. The Registered Manager will play a pivotal role in matching the YP referrals, staff team and the home furnishing. The manager has overall responsibility for encouraging their team to help develop the social, physical, emotional intellectual and moral development of the young people so that they may realise their own potential. This particular role is working with a brilliant company and a great reputation for supporting their staff and the young people within their homes, to make a positive impact in their lives.
The young people you will be working with are seeking patient, caring & disciplined role models to join them in their place of residence having these core values will help you integrate into the company & do well in an environment where a positive outlook & caring nature is paramount to success.
A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a previous track record of positive outcomes for the young people youve previously worked with, in addition to demonstrating a continued constructive level of support to colleagues and others around you to help get the best out of the team at all times. Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. A strong Deputy Manager seeking the next step up in their career will be considered.
Basic salary up of between £45,000 £50,000 DOE
Performance related bonus up to £10,000 in bonuses
Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
Level 3 Residential Child Care required (essential)
Level 5 Leadership and Management (required but not essential)
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
