The Manager is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations, either as a Registered Manager in accordance with Care Quality Commission/OFSTED regulations or managing services
under the supervision of a Registered Manager . They ensure the provision of quality support and life experiences to service users, emphasizing values such as privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment.
