Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee acomplex mental health home. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs. As the Registered Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home, including staff management, compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including CQC/Ofsted requirements.
