Registered Manager- Children's Learning Disabilities Home

Salary: £41,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience and qualifications

NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for a registered manager to join their residential home for children with learning disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a 9 bed home that specialises in children's learning and physical disabilities along with complex health-care needs.

They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating which reflects their level of care and commitment, ensuring you will enter a service that already runs smoothly and delivers a high standard of care.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure children and young people's needs are met, promoting their welfare and quality of life
• Develop, lead, and support staff, overseeing management and budgetary control
• Maintain regulatory compliance, manage staffing levels, and facilitate staff training for optimal care of children with complex needs

Requirements:

• Residential childcare management experience
• Up to date DBS & licence
• NVQ level 5 OR NVQ level 4
• Experience supporting children with Learning and/or Physical disabilities and complex needs
