Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum + up to 21% bonus

***£5000 welcome bonus***

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 6-bed EBD Children's home nestled in the charming landscape of Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. This role offers not only a generous salary of up to £50k per annum, complemented by a performance-related annual bonus of up to 21%, but also a fantastic £5k welcome bonus and additional on-call allowance.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience working within a similar environment at a Senior level.
Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young Peoples workforce.
Achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic leader.
Fully committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.
Full driving licence is essential
