Registered Home Manager Needed in Stafford!Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced manager to join our clients residential home in Stafford! The home is beaming at the seams with potential and the new manager will be guided and supported by the deputy managers and director of the service. With full autonomy, this position will allow you to grow and push yourself to new extremes.About You:A passionate and dedicated home manager that will always go the extra mile.To have an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Managementor higher.Ability to listen, observe and take the right actions when needed.A thorough knowledge and understanding of current dementia and elderly care.To be familiar with existing CQC regulations.£45,000 + 5k bonsues (to be paid yearly)Full time, permanent contractCare Home size: Registered for 28+ service users.Elderly and Dementia Care'Requires improvement' on 2 areas and 'Good' on 3 areas.provide information, advice and support to residents, families and staff.help residents access local services.monitor business performance and quality of care.agree contracts, budgeting, and fundraising.develop policies and keep private information confidential.To be discussed within interview.If you are interested in this role, please apply with your most up to date CV.
