Position - SENCo (special educational needs co-ordinator)
Employment type - Permanent
Location - Bristol
Salary - Actual salary GBP37,300 to GBP38,800 p.a. plus GBP1500 welcome bonus after probation completion
Hours - 40 hours per week, term time only (42 weeks per year)

About the role - As a SENCo, your role is to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children and young people, support the Executive Principal in securing the schools success and continued improvement. You will be responsible for the SEN policy, both in its strategic development and day to day adherence to ensure it supports individuals with SEN. You will provide guidance to colleagues, staff parent and other agencies ensuring pupils voices are heard with parental input.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required - Ideally you will hold QTS and a SENCo qualification (NPQ) is highly desirable.
