About the role - Due to promotion, our client is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for this 44 bed residential and dementia home. Your role will be split to work on the floor with the care team doing training and coaching, administration in the office and doing external assessments for prospective new referrals. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy care home and do your Level 5.
Experience required - You need to have worked in the same environment and previously managed staff, be a driver and happy to go out and do assessments in the community and able to work shifts including every other weekend.
