Registered Fostering Manager - Therapeutic IFA

Salary: £58,000 plus £3,000 car allowance

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South East of England area, in order to help them recruit for a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be joining a national fostering provider that is therapeutic and that has a Good Ofsted rating, so it is a nice place to work for.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee the East and West Sussex area however you will be required to to travel to their office in Hampshire also.

In this role, you will be managing a very stable team of Supervising Social Workers.

You will also be involved in the overall service growth and development and in the strategic planning for the region.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager or a Team Manager with experience in overseeing a fostering service. You must have a very good understanding of the Ofsted requirements, a Social Work Degree and a driving license.
