Registered Children'S Home Manager

We are currently seeking a Registered Children's Manager to oversee the care and well-being of children in our residential care facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and experience in managing care plans, medication administration, and dementia care.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care for children
- Develop and implement individual care plans for each child
- Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance in dementia care for children with specific needs
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address medical needs
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Experience in assisted living, dementia care, or nursing home settings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for children's residential care
