Role: Registered Children's Home Manager

Salary: up to �57,000 per annum + bonuses
Location: Kidderminster
PSR Solutions are seeking an adept and dynamic Registered Manager for a Children's Home, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential childcare.
To fulfil the requirements for this role, you will lead and motivate your team, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth, including the chance to achieve Level 7 qualifications.
Located in a quaint village near Kidderminster, this small home offers services to children and young individuals with learning disabilities.
What We Seek in a Registered Manager:
  • Demonstrated impact on children's lives.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in childcare services.
  • At least 2 years supervising and managing staff.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
  • LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • Recent Ofsted Inspections rating of "Good" or "Outstanding".
